Haber tomado la decisión de autorretratarme no ha sido fácil. ¿Por qué no soy capaz de mirar a mi cuerpo con la misma mirada amable con la que miro los otros cuerpos? Pasamos muchos años evitando mirarnos y cuando al final lo hacemos es difícil. Mostrarme no quiere decir que me se sienta segura de mí, no tiene que ver con esto. Tiene que ver con un descubrir interno, reflexivo, conflictivo. Veamos dónde esto me llevará.

Making the decision to self-portrait has not been easy. Why am I not able to look at my body with the same kind gaze with which I look at other bodies? We spend many years avoiding who we are and when we do, it's hard. Showing myself doesn't mean that I feel safe about myself, it has nothing to do with this. It has to do with an internal, reflective, conflictive discovery. Let's see where this will take me.
